At Gries, we used green materials long before “green” became a buzzword. All our Project Architects are LEED* accredited professionals, experienced in designing green buildings.
While we realize that not every client is specifically looking for a LEED-certified building, most of our projects include environmental considerations as a matter of course. That’s because we believe everyone is interested in building with green materials and processes, provided it doesn’t add to the cost.

Case Study: Citizens First Credit Union
Citizens First Credit Union administration headquarters is a 35,000-square-foot two-story addition to a 5,000-square-foot existing facility. The building was designed and constructed and is operated to be harmonious in appearance with the existing character of the general vicinity. We designed the facility to meet LEED NC requirements at the Silver performance level.
